Christmas Sessions are strictly 20 minutes.

Full Christmas sessions are available if preferred, please contact us here. 

 

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your session time. Late arrivals will be rescheduled.

One family only per session. Grandparents/cousins/friends extra persons cost applied.

Pets are allowed

 

Dress changes are not permitted.

We do not offer dressing facilities or pamper rooms for mini shoots. Please arrive dressed and ready to photograph. If organising small children please be mindful of your arrival time to accommodate this. Please wake your child from sleep prior to your arrival.

 

Session payments are required in full before your photo session. Session fees are pre paid prior to your session via booking website only.

Image selection and payments are made online once viewing website is created.

6 Digital images are included in the Christmas session fee, this payment covers your session time, professional photographer, use of studio and your personal image website.

 

All image edits are final. No refunds or reshoots. Extra editing requests are priced as an addition service. Session fee covers your time slot and is not refundable for misbehaved children/ poor outcomes.

Additional photography requests/ time / extra persons etc will be charged accordingly.

 

Cancellation available with minimum 24 hours notice. Change of session times via direct phone contact only. Max 2 session times changes permitted before session fee forfeit.

 

Viewing images available within 72 hours of your session.

 

Viewing digital images and purchasing are available for 72 hours after photoshoot only.

Purchases after this time will incur a $60 file retrieval fee.

Extra services:

Additional editing - $20 per image

Full session (90 minutes) 10 images $499

Extra persons - $50 per person

Additional time $50 per 30 minutes.

Special requests/ additional set ups / photographer individual design $99

Session acceptance assumes Grant Reynolds potential promotional use of images all unless otherwise stated by client.
